they do not require financing at this point sufficient to carry them to a "salable product". Financing becomes a non-issue with successful Phase I/IIa, and that can be accomplished without running out of money. I would probably plan on more dilution though.
Share price dilution is highly probable. In fact, count on it. Which is sad because the stock will always have a hard time getting off the ground, even as the story improves.
Technically, the trend is still down despite the green day yesterday. Expecting more red again today. 41 cent target will likely be reached next week.
