Rob - the only problem I see is that 802.16 is for 2-66GHz

Nextwave licenses are 1.9, right? Does 802.16 a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,....cover that?

Gots to deploy equipment for the frequencies that the customer has.

Also... IMO, Nextwave would be more valuable with a system that is more interoperable with technology already deployed.
