I decided to be a passive follower of the board. Many crappy posts can be read here and I decided for myself to stop posting until Guyer speaks. So I already wish you a merry x-mass, happy new year, easter, thanksgiving, independence day,.......

Exactly, Grizz. As 567 said, DRMS is supportive at this point since some personnel changes within the department. The new attitude is "Come on, let's get moving".

It's darkest before morning. After seeing the property with my own eyes and visiting with Mr. Fearn, I can see the sunrise on the horizon. IMO, based on my own DD, it'll be a sunrise worth waiting for.
