Will be interesting to hear from the CC how many shares have been issued since the start of Q4 to now.

Zero. It was an 8-k where they disclosed all transactions.
The 8-k is not related to Q3 in any way. Therefore, Sept 24th was the last time they settled debt for stock.

Besides, there is so much in Accounts Receivable, they should have an abundance of cash by now.
