He is not the first CEO of a microcap stock who has fallen into this rut.

Initially, they use hype and hope to generate more interest and a higher price so they can sell stock so they can do their business plan that will fulfill all the promises of the forward looking Pr's.

If they get the funds and they have a GOOD business plan, there are no problems because the promises become fulfilled.

BUT--if you do not have a good business plan and you have had ample access to funds over the years, the PR's do not have the same weight as before. Kind of like Peter and the Wolf.

And when the price does not go up, and they continue to burn cash, the dilution gets worse. And before you know it--you do a RS like MDFI did. Brutal
