The company also has a lot of incentive to get the share price up in order to mitigate the impact of the convertible notes coming up over the next 6 months or so. The software deal also appears to be structured pretty well with the payment rate linked to generation of revenue. I'm looking to increase my stake here when we see a pullback. GLTA!
