I think they found that it was easier to make money by scamming the Public than drilling properties. Seems like they don't drill anymore. As far as gold mining in Ghana - I would like to have someone PROVE THAT to me. Where are the production records ? KATG is now a REPORTING COMPANY. Where are the reports ? It's all B.S.

I agree Tink, KATX/BVIG are legitimate and working for share holders.

Why is there negativity, it amazes me, they can't kill Kat, the management barely takes any money out of the companies.

Management keeps working for almost nothing to build the Kats, management is not giving up period. They are doing everything to keep it together and that seems to bother some (MM's).

The crime management is guilty of - NOT being able to control Naked shorting/ IOU shares - MM's have flooded the market with. That flooding the market with shares allowed the share price to be collapsed. Could management have stopped it - I don't think so!

That was evident when good news was released and that same day the share price was attacked and dropped. It didn't matter the news time after time. Even NOW with the price so depressed the MM attacks continue day after day. Why?

Because they must close the Kats - Why?

All have their own opinion - Mine is the S-1 Dec 2011 qualifying date will require MM's to cover BVIG shares related to KATX IOU shares.

So a concentrated effort has been made to belittle management, belittle properties, belittle agreements. To anger/ discourage shareHolders into complaining to the SEC about KATX management. Yet the management of KATX/ BVIG have been the victims. The management are the largest shareHolders so any share price loses affected management more than anyone else.

I firmly believe the S-1 - WILL BE APPROVED/ EXECUTED
Our management is working and has worked continually for this outcome. Hang in there shareHolders we are near the end of the distribution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
