They didn't...its not obscure, except for the fact they probably hold in street name in multiple companies...they own most likely the majority of shares now...anything management did or may do is a drop in the bucket...when AS was increased in the past management did not get many of those shares most likely...thats why they pledged to not raise AS it now...get it?
If it was up to the group MRNJ would have billions of shares like other pinks they do, management put a stop to that rapid AS expansion, and likely they were coerced into doing it in the past.
All of this is verfiable with some real DD if you care to look. I keep it real my friend, the good the bad and the ugly.
the good news for us is MRNJ is kicking some serious a$$ and will overcome any obsctacles.
