I am reading the 8-K with a fine comb and even checking up on the attachments. It is tiring as it is a very long document and the attachments can be lenghty too.

Anyway there can be gems in the 8-K and will reveal something about the mindset of Ed Withrow. As PRTN has only one employee, its CEO Mike Borkowski, it was not likely he wrote this lenghty 8-K. It was the work of their medical, legal and accounting consultants.

If I find interesting snippets of intelligence from the 8-K I will post on this board.
