messalas will have to sell this shell, if there is problems with his interaction with the sec., my guess he'll do a quick transaction with one of his buddies and they'll handle the real sale. just a guess

Alot of it depends the shell's share structure. If it's an SEC filer as well as being DTC eligible, those attributes add value to the shell as well. We have the DTC part, but unfortunately not an SEC filer.
