Mr. Kramer is Director of Litigation at Rambus. Thought it was encouraging Mr. Hughes said to expect a decision from the FTC Appeal sometime in the next two quarters. Think the Oct 31 Hearing on the Motion To Lift The Seal on the DOJ Documents will be pivotal to the timing of the FTC decision. Can't imagine the FTC would decline to reopen the record if the DOJ documents are available.

Interesting one of the analysts called in with a question from the courthouse steps out in California. Alert eyes are on Judge Whyte.

Laughed when I heard Mr. Hughes respond to the question about performance-based compensation. You captured the gist of his message perfectly : )
