Current is the highest SEC alternative reporting tier.Here is a link that explains more.:

This tier has gained more importance because of major crackdowns on companies that seemed to be publishing inconsistent news about themselves.

I jumped into PRPM with the assumption that the Current tier change shows a company that has the resources available to execute a substantial growth plan for the company.
