I copy parts of the pdf / save them as jpg-file (Image) on my PC -->> then I use the Ihub Image - Gallery (you find it under 'More Tools') where you can upload images from your pc (maybe you have to shrink the jpg)

once it's uploaded, you see it on the left side; use copy/paste to host them (don't forget to set the URL between [img][/img]
