Seymour Siegel Appointed to BillMyParents Strategic Advisory Board
BillMyParents, Inc. (OTCQB: BMPI) -- the Responsible Teen Spending Company -- has appointed longtime strategic business advisor and former CPA Seymour Siegel to its Strategic Advisory Board.

"He ably applies his strong financial point of view to all aspects of businesses he has and continues to advise, from finance sourcing to forming robust strategic alliances and more. In 1974, Mr. Siegel founded Siegel Rich & Co., CPAs, a CPA firm where he directed operational management and was a key advisor to firm clients. The company merged with large regional accounting and consulting firm Weiser LLP in 1990. Mr. Siegel went on to establish a full-service business advisory firm in 1994, which became part of Rothstein Kass in 2000. Today, he is Principal Emeritus at Rothstein Kass, a national CPA and consulting company with over 1,000 members.
Over the past 20 years, Mr. Siegel has served on the boards of numerous public companies, spanning such diverse industries as aircraft manufacturing, energy and sustainability solutions and digital products bringing TV to user PCs. Currently, he is a director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Hauppauge Digital Inc. and Air Industries Group, Inc. In addition, Mr. Siegel recently joined the boards of Premier Alliance Group and Status Media Group, and is the Chair of the Audit Committee for both firms.
