Ummm no that was Jim's reply. FINRA was interested in the sudden increase in PPS. NOT the decrease side of things. Read it again slowly.

Because FINRA did not ask that as stated in the PR, increase in Price and maintaining that elevated price was the question. It was Jim's stupid statement that it must be message board posters and groups that do the opposite for their own gain.
