This is fantastic news and a huge day for LBSR. That old 60/40 split contract that NAK tried to force on JB is now history. From the whirlwind tour I got the impression that there was no love lost between LBSR and NAK. NAK called the loan and JB negotiated something that was in everyones interest. Big chunk is so huge that it will never be all developed at once. Giving away 30% doesn't matter so much since it will take a life time to just develop the remaining 70%., JB your the best. Im looking forward to this stock climbing steadily from here. JV partners will not be hard to find now. All kinds of deals are possible now. We are free and clear!!!! YEAHHHHHH!!!
