As for limited .13u capacity, it's hard for me to look at 5 monster fabs, 2 of them 300mm and think of capacity problems

I think you have access to crystall ball, either you dont use it or you are not disclosing your knowledge.
300mm / 860. Is the goal of 300mm to work on a process really designed for 8"...it just does not scale over that easy, or to prepare for the future and a process designed from the ground up to work with 300mm...0.90nm. What performance would you expect out of this type fab and what amount of engineering resources would you put into into playing with the hybrid 200mm tech.
Overcap...if you choose to use it, what are the goals for each fab?
