10452km2 - maybe part of the proceeds from the casino sell, will be used to get the resort in shape and reopened under new management?

Maybe there are other fees and updates releated to the resort that is not in the purchase of the resort? Such as taxes, insurance, stocking the restaurants, bars, limo etc??

I do agree with you on the PRs, but do enjoy knowing what is going on. Swank could let us wait until everything is signed and delivered, but I rather lead us down the path of success with transparency.

Now lets get down to the spelling and grammer of the PR? Has anyone scoured this last PR?
