I did a big study on the convertibles a few weeks ago, which I'll update over the next few days using this one. A lot of what is mentioned in this filing has been converted already and it looks at a glance like there are fewer new notes issued in the past couple of months than previously.

Public companies are evaluated @ 8 to 10 times stockholders equity, today SE is Approx. 1.6M do the math BRGO is way undervalue it should be between .03 to .06
