Three possibilities with regards to future royalties

- High royalties: what all longs expect to happen (me too). Probably 3.5%, possibly even higher.

- Low royalties: what Ravicher/modernist expect to happen. Inline with the monetary award of past damages (~30+ million per year).

- Goog work-around: I see this as slim. If it were to happen it would conceivably take a while to implement, but they may have already been working on this for months... so it's all speculation at this time.

The "low royalties" and "goog work-around" possibilities may each be slim, but those possibilities cannot be completely ruled out just because longs are ever hopeful. So while I see a goog work-around as a low probability... doesn't mean the PPS can fly untethered with the threat hanging around.
