They had 87 million dollars as of 6/30 and hopefully other prospects... I would think so. I still haven't done any serious reading up on them, but it's in my interesting "penny" chart list... I only watch weekly charts for pennies now and it may be some time before another possible setup may appear. Assuming they still have 70 million today and 240 million shares out, thats 29 cents a share. So I would guess there will be bottom soon.
