Germany has it's own healthcare system

and France has it's own. There is no EU

system. The USA is a UNION just like the

EU (the 13 States existed in 1776 but the

Union was NOT formed until 1781, so the

States pre-existed the Union).

Each State should decide what system it

wants. ObamaCare makes a DICTATOR out

of the federal government and is totally

Un-Constitutional.
