Doesn't the effective date come after SEC approval of bvig registration of shares. Lets say for instance, effective date is 20 days later before Bvig can be traded???

Trooper .... You are right about that.
Most dept accept the retro date.
Even when pay bills by mail, the acceptance-date is always based on the post-marked date.
This is understood.
So, the S-1 should have no problem if approved base on the last filing date, which is Oct 25th.
