If you want to email IR that'd be great. I agree, the response time is pretty quick, but well...I won't go into my issues with IR again.

I understand about keeping new technology under wraps, but a patent application filed in January of 2010 should be public info by now. Depending on the complexity and what's involved with the patent, sometimes they can take several years to get approved. But each patent application goes through certain steps and at some point in time (avg 18 months from what I've read) they enter the USPTO database. You can search the database to find the status of a patent that's still pending approval, but you need the number assigned by the USPTO. I'd like to know what the name ended up being just out of curiosity, I've read quite a bit about it and I still don't know.

Most companies seem to have no problem giving out the serial number, they're usually quite proud of their inventions and rightfully so. Nobody can do any damage or steal any ideas at that point, since the patent is already filed and on record with the USPTO.
