Thanks Nikodemos, I enjoyed your honest commentary. I have compiled the share data that we have. It seems that rate of dilution is decreasing as the company heads into profitability. I don't like the dilution, and feel that if the company was more forthcoming with investors that they would get more bang for our buck.
But, overall, from 600M to 750M in 2½ years, or 25% increase is nothing in comparisong to the (yes, speculated) yoy revenue growth achieved thusfar, and anticipated imminently.
At this stage, LYJN is better off keeping their numbers to themselves, while they strike deals with retailers, and out of view of competitors - even if it costs them a little as far as being able to raise capital, and us a little in dilution.
$3-4M revenue was the turning point for profitability, and I believed they just achieved that last year, or close. I believe we are headed toward $7M+ this year, which would certainly yield $1M+ profits.
I see this as important since his loan amount evens out at about .0035 a share if he is selling between 1-3 million shares a month then that could account for what you think is dilution. I still think this is a good speculative play for longterm and tough on day traders until volume increases which will most likely coincide with financials. GLTA
