Jim may be a shareholder but he took over the "hot potato". Also, don't forget that a certain Mr. Brown was a part of the past way back when a couple of pieces of shat were scamming there way through the pennies.
Check out the past filings of Quill. There was a legit business guy, Phil Lacerte, that got duped into this when it was QUIL. A grifter named Lee Matzig had his hand in this along with another one of his scam artists. Ask Mr. Brown about those characters. As far as I'm concerned and it's only my opinion but Jim and Jack were there to "really try" but were ultimately there to turn out the lights on this scam. I've seen it all to often. Check out the defuncts: AVSG/BWMG, CWIR, AUUI, AMRA, HESV. Common denominator is a scam team that was part of this one from the start. Go ahead and ask Pedro about one of them. Of course, he knows them but I wouldn't believe a word out of his lying mouth.
