Of course I do NOT know, but as I said MY NUMBERS (used in my post)
are BEYOND DISPUTE!! Why? Because they are the last CORPORATE
DATA the company has presented!!!! Personally, I see that as quite the
RED FLAG!!
As to being sublime, suggesting an agenda, "urgency interpretation"
notwithstanding the FACTS (as scant as they are) ARE THE FACTS!!!
I am fairly CERTAIN that if the company had EXCELLENT NEWS, better
information & exceptional developments to REPORT THEY WOULD NOT
be "dark", with hardly ANY FILINGS, OTC "NO INFORMATION" etc.. That
too, may be construed as CONJECTURE, but it does NOT DIMINISH what
is essentially LOGIC!!
I could go into much more depth on this company, the industry, &
all the rest. But management here has not saw fit to demonstrate
shareholder transparency in ANY WAY, SHAPE or FORM. Why? Is the
TA ungagged? Is it clear from their last filing that they are LOSING MONEY?
That they are OBVIOUSLY DILUTING SHAREHOLDERS?
I mean, if those things ARE disputable then LET ME KNOW HOW &
why. As of this writing, it is CLEAR to me that the COMPANY
has POTENTIAL...& that MANAGEMENT (although no doubt doing their
very best) has NOT crossed into PROFITABILITY. NOR MOVED AWAY from
DILUTION (that is a SPECULATIVE ASSUMPTION that I CAN NOT PROVE--
as the company has not seen FIT to FURNISH SHAREHOLDERS with that
INFORMATION. The absence of which, along with the MOST RECENT DATA
AVAILABLE LOGICALLY suggests that this is the REALITY of this STOCK: NOT
to MENTION the BIGGEST & FINAL ARBITER of ALL...the PPS!!!!
When management pops their head up & starts doing their shareholder
duties (as in filing, establishing some transparency, etc) then they'll
have my attention & WE CAN ALL BE BETTER INFORMED. Until then, I think
it is wise to ASSUME the worse. After all, this is still a penny stock
company, seemingly in need of funding & per their LAST FILINGS have
shown a SIZABLE GAP between REVENUES & COSTS...the latter being BY
FAR the GREATER!!!!
