It sounds like we're coming to a tipping point here. This IS a small company and their very conservative and careful. It's your money so naturally your free to sell if you choose , but I'd suggest waiting at least until the end of this year. Doesn't appear the stock is in danger of taking a dump , I believe it's worth the wait.
