Not true. Those restricted shares were not given to Cheryl as part of her compensation. She was not given shares but other compensation instead. Plus that number of 345 milly was there before Cheryl was even in the picture, so that proves it has nothing to do with those 100 milly converted this past week.

She ceased being a board moderator because she is tired of the naysayers, plain and simple. I have spoken to her privately and she is not backing away from RFMK. Moderating a message board and exiting her role working for a company about to become a star player in an emerging sector on the verge of exploding, are two very different scenarios...IMO

Let's see what happens this week.
