Raider, I can say that I honestly believe that if there were divers who did not get paid, that they should be paid. I even went as far as to say that the divers should be paid with interest. I have no doubt that somewhere along the line someone is responsible. I truly hope that all who need to be paid get paid. All I am saying is this is taking a long time, and we have heard only one side of the story. For all we now there was a statement in the contract that was missed, or some other type of language. You know how lawyers are. Regardless, I was merely stating what MEXP has said. I think it is fair to those of us in this forum to get both sides of the story, I have been the only one stating MEXP side. Best of luck to you and your friends getting what is yours, and if MEXP is responsible, getting your 50 grand will be great. They just had a 3.2 million dollar order and it would be great to get it behind them if they are indeed responsible. Best of luck to you sir in your plight.
