These guys are legit. Other than being a member, I'm not affiliated with them (i.e. they don't pay me). They have web tutorials and pre-trading chat sessions every morning before opening bell.

You're charged quarterly but these guys are pretty stellar. You play what they play. They're in the market with you. They provide target sell price and stop losses on all alerts (you get 3-5 per week).

I've been a member for a few months and I've definitely experienced way more gains than losses.
