SOC is possible MTX is available orally 2.5mg tablets. I know I take 6 of them once a week. They did compare the mice to the MTX and depending on how the protocols for the POC are written it might be advantageous for them to immediately compare to SOC. They are definately not worried about toxicity thats why they are allowed to skip phase 1 in the US, although it will be monitored.
