CBIS will be ready when cannabis is re schedualed.

I have been researching CBD on the DEA's list of schedule drugs and no longer find it listed. Wikipedia says it's listed as a Schedule 1 as #7372 but my review of current DEA list shows this to be missing. Marijuana and THC are still there of course. Can you help me figure out why it is no longer listed and if it means its no longer illegal to have posses or use CBD only (THC free) herbal based medicine? —Gabe M.
Project CBD responds: CBD is in Schedule I in the United States. It is included under "Tetrahydrocannabinols," which is a broad category that encompasses all the phytocannabinoids as analogs of THC. Its DEA # is 7372, and it remains illegal. Nothing has changed yet.

Seems that some only have negativity,
and nothing to back their statements?
I can see how CBIS, especially considering recent news,
could threaten Big pharma and those related to it, beeing able to cure cancer, and possibly Aids, end pain and suffering, and at the same time stimulate the economy.
I can see how this can be disturbing to them.

It is an issue that seems to only be with TD...

almost any other broker will allow you to buy and sell CBIS....
