This was an increase in volume but, in the negative direction, now -800,000 shares for the week sitting @ .065. How could this portend to good news?

Paystreak, today the opening bid/ask was .02/.27, 500 shares hit the bid at 2:30pm dropping the pps from .065 to .02. This after three high volume selling days, what do you think is going on here?
