Perhaps ask for something more realistic like....

When does the custodian get to realize he still has fingers and can type a message with an update, explanation, apology and compensation plan to his loyal SCG group who were defrauded?

Or

When does the custodian get to realize he still has a tongue capable of uttering words over the telephone with an update, explanation, apology and compensation plan to his loyal SCG group who were defrauded??
