I certainly hope you are correct. I am looking forward to RIPPING into this AAPT filing late next week.

I stand by my prediction however, regarding a late filing.

I am with you.. Why not be on time, they caught up several quarters to get current.. they need to be current for the contracts and for any buyout negotiations. So it won't be pretty (yet), but it will be current! Q3 will be better and Q1 2013 will be sweet! - if we aren't bought out by then.
