Thanks for the reply! At this point I would be happy if this just popped to .0005 or a bit higher and I would probably dump. Been around this to long and am about ready to move on. I would just need a lot of volume in the stock to clear my shares

Specualtion is the key word. They could declare a 10000 to 1 ratio or even more. My question is what would there interest be in creating substantial value to existing shareholders on a nano cap stock?

Good morning early retirement, I can't help but think that the spin off company may also be a sweet deal for NVAE shareholders. It will be interesting to see what the value and conversion is of the spin off assuming Philip also lists that part of the deal. I think he said he was getting rid of the debt over there in Kenya so we would be looking at a debt free company hopefully.

So we're potentially seeing two ways to make a nice return IMO.
