They know they would never win and that is why they have not filed with all the infringements currently on the market. Plus they simply do not have the money for that kind of lawsuit against a giant company with hundreds of lawyers they could simply paper Calypso to death and it would take years resolve if Calypso had the money! Calypso does not have years in my opinion. Maybe one year and they will be under possibly two at the most!
