I would have to say that if you invest in ARRY, you are investing in an incompetent management team. That is just downright ugly.

I'm not happy about the pricing of the offering, though the size could have been much worse I think. ARRY is getting about an extra 3Qs of cash runway with this offering. Could have gone for a year or more I suppose.

BTW. 2016 or later? LOL, thats three (or more) years away. How many more dilutions before then?

As I mentioned to you on Twitter, you're referring specifically to MEK162 I believe. What about ARRY-614 and ARRY-520 that may be in pivotals next year and may have a shorter path? Besides, do we no longer assign value to projects three years out? DCF?
