No doubt DR D had some issues with the Board.

The key issue is ae there any barrier to upcoming catalysts

Maybe the Board didn't like the quality of the deals DR D signed off on ( the $$ were not very big)and the Euro Clock Stop which is paralyzing this company

Who know if there is another Euro Clock Stop.
