Use some logic, Doc. Usually something like this is going to change at the state level because individuals have more of a voice, are separate from the Fed and more frequent elections.
The Fed Gov. is not going to change its stance overnight, it is going to take many states changing their laws regarding MJ. If you haven't noticed, this is happening RIGHT NOW.
To say a strong undercurrent of change is not good for a company like CBIS is just pure bashing, and ignorance of the obvious. Gotta walk before you can run, and MJ is jogging in some states.... Eventually the people in this country will force the Feds to change.
If the Feds wanted to shut down MJ in this country they could do so quickly. So, why aren't they? Because they know they would not survive the backlash from the individual states and their residents...
