When you read that BION is ACTUALLY building (real construction!) a Plant is when they are no longer simply taking people's money. BION's PR is worthless until then! The market is not stupid and have caught on to these "shady" characters in Miami and all their silly PR.

The company has one more meeting this thursday the 15th with Hardee county to confirm the Zoning approval. Then the next step is to have the Florida Governor sign the formal funds allocation document. Once that is done BB&T will start issueing the bonds. Adam thought sometime in December.
