A) CEO and CFO do NOT have a preferred position in POSC.

B) CEO and CFO did not take any interest for the investment even though they were entitled to it just like the other investors.

C) The update POSC put out on the CEO and CFO investment were stated

D) In Russia, POSC made a 10-11 minute presentation. They were the only PET company presenting. It is not likely the would put out a press release on this because this is what they do EVERY DAY. It is the normal course of business.
