People were expecting a huge massive spike in sales from the new start stop car sales that would be using MXWL systems, and probably from an expected boom the last 2-3 years in electric vehicle sales, which never happened. Also ongoing losses means stock dilution to raise cash. Even with profits, if they are too small, ie a very high PE with no future signs of massive revenue growth to lower the PE, and worries about the world economy, it is no surprise. Also sellers sometimes come out of no where, shorts, or shares that become unrestricted and then are sold....All kinds of reasons a stock may not rally on good news. Sometimes you don't even hear the bad news, just what they want you to hear. All sorts of games and timing you need to learn about too!!!
