SUTI lists Boost Marketing (aka Big Apple Consulting) as its current IR firm on the company information page on OTC Markets. SUTI's attorney, Brian Faulkner, is one of the dilution-friendly attorneys favored by BAC.

Big Apple Consulting, along with various other company names with the same people, is literally notorious for toxic dilution. They dilute a stock to no-bid, do a reverse split and start all over again.
