At the moment it's hard to have 100 million O/S since the A/S is only 50 million.

According to the August 16th PR:

"Net Income for the three months ended June 30, 2012 ("Second Quarter 2012") were $209,282"

If this is true there is no way they should be having problems servicing their relatively small debt obligations.

Something is not right here at all, and the market is agreeing.
