rj2 - If no one raises their hand in the next day or so indicating they've spoken with MnVap recently, I will put it on my calendar next week to give them a ring.
I would make note that no one likes to be regulated. With that said though, MnVap early on coated their neighbor's house with alfalfa dust and made quite a mess. If it weren't for regulation, I wonder how MnVap would have resolved the problem. Most businesses will find the least cost means of addressing any problem so it doesn't impact profitability. Some regulation at least helps to keep the playing field level between big money and individuals. Sometimes the playing field needs a referee.
