The moment AVOPD hit the market, some people got a few millions
in the trip ZERO's and it ran to 0.5 back to 0.002-0.008 and it was trading like that for a week between 12 and 24 of july 2011.

AV1 Group, Inc. Announces Details on Forward Split for Shareholders
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AV1 Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AVOP), a Company currently gearing up for Microlending and Pawn Shop operations in Mexico, announces today that as a result of the forward split done on July 12, all shares purchased on or before July 11, 2011 must be sent back to the transfer agent so the new shares (including the additional 3%) can be issued with the new cusip number.
This will not affect shares purchased on or after the date of the forward, Tuesday July 12th. Any shares purchased on or after the date of the forward will be able to be sold immediately and will not need to be exchanged for new shares.
The company has been receiving calls and emails from investors who are under the impression that because of the “D” listed at the end of the ticker symbol that they cannot trade new shares. That is not the case. Any shares bought under the ticker symbol AVOPD will immediately be available for sale once purchased.
