The Chill is another story that you have to know the facts on and how the Stock Market and it's associated parts work. For some Brokerages the PPS Has a Minimum amount it can be before will not be traded by the brokerage. TDA is one that does this.

No, TBD is NOT right about the

"B" shares!
There are 500 million B shares.
Guyer has 361,000,000 of them! He took them in payment for services rendered.
"B" shares are Voting shares. Therefore Guyer controls any vote regarding company business. The remaining 139,000,000 shares have no value as even if combined they could not overide Guyers Vote.

So, long story short, the "B" shares in the hands of investers are Worthless! And if you need proof, ask this question: When was the last time Investers Voted on Anything?
