Excellent post my friend. I remember a stock called the ramp corporation I bought several years ago. Ramp did a 1000 for 1 reverse split. Pre reverse I think the stock price was 0.0002.

Anyway I bought a thousand dollars worth of shares. As soon as the stock resumed trading my shares double to $2000 and I sold for $1000 profit. Sadly ramp tanked after a week and eventually stopped trading. The company is no longer a going concern.

Personally I think Msez intends to remain a going concern, but its still a developmental stage company without a clear product offering . I seriously don't know if they ever had a paid subscriber for their product. They certainly don't have paid subscribers at the moment.
